Anderson Marcelo da Silva (born 23 January 1981 in Kaloré, Paraná), commonly known as Marcelão, is a Brazilian footballer. He currently plays for Anápolis Futebol Clube.
Marcelão played for Oeste in 2004,[1] and in 2005 for Marília.[2] In 2007, while playing for Vila Nova, he was loaned to Brasiliense for the club's participation in that year's Copa do Brasil.[3]
In 2007, he was transferred from Vila Nova to Boavista for the 2007-08 Portuguese season.[4] Marcelão joined Greek club Asteras Tripolis in 2008.[5]
